These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Baldy’s Diecast website and services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.

Products and availability

We do our best to keep product descriptions, prices, photos, and inventory accurate. Collector inventory can be limited and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct listing errors, cancel an order affected by a material error, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

Collectibles and package condition

Package condition is part of the collectible. Unless a listing specifically notes wear or damage, factory-sealed diecast is listed in good collectible condition. Minor factory or normal retail-handling imperfections can occur. Buyers should review the product photos and description before purchasing. Notable flaws identified by Baldy’s Diecast will be disclosed when applicable.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance by Baldy’s Diecast. An order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if a material inventory, pricing, payment, or fulfillment issue is discovered.

Shipping and fulfillment

Stocked diecast and made-to-order products can have different fulfillment timelines. Mixed orders may ship separately. Shipping and delivery details are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Collectible diecast sales are generally final for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, subject to applicable law.

Site use

You may not use the site for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or disruptive activity, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the store.

Intellectual property

Baldy’s Diecast branding, original graphics, photography, written content, and other original store materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
