FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your diecast items new?
Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, our carded diecast is new and factory sealed.

What condition should I expect?
Unless a listing specifically notes wear or damage, factory-sealed diecast is listed in good collectible condition. Package condition matters, so notable card, blister, or box flaws are disclosed when identified. Please review the listing photos and description before purchasing.

How quickly do stocked diecast orders ship?
Stocked diecast normally ships within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

What about apparel?
Our print-on-demand apparel is made to order. Production time applies before shipment, so apparel does not follow the same 1-business-day shipping timeline as stocked diecast.

Can diecast and apparel arrive separately?
Yes. Because made-to-order apparel can be fulfilled separately from stocked inventory, mixed orders may arrive in more than one package and on different days.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes, whenever items can ship together. Available shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart.

How do you pack diecast?
Orders are packed by a collector with protection appropriate for the item, including bubble wrap and tissue for carded diecast. We pack the way we’d want our own collection packed.

Do you accept returns?
Collectible diecast sales are generally final for buyer’s remorse or change of mind. If you receive the wrong item or your order is materially damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help.

Can I ask about a specific casting?
Absolutely. Email info@baldysdiecast.com. Inventory changes often, and we’re always happy to talk diecast.

Where is Baldy’s Diecast based?
We’re a collector-run business based in Knoxville, Tennessee.
