Shipping Policy
Baldy’s Diecast is collector-run, and we take packing seriously.
Stocked diecast
Stocked diecast normally ships within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Carded diecast is packed with care using protective materials such as bubble wrap and tissue. Packaging may vary based on the size and type of item ordered.
Made-to-order apparel
Print-on-demand apparel is made to order. Production time applies before shipment, so apparel does not follow the same 1-business-day shipping timeline as stocked diecast.
If your order contains both stocked diecast and made-to-order apparel, items may be fulfilled separately and arrive in multiple packages on different days.
Shipping rates and combined shipping
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. When multiple stocked items can ship together, Shopify will apply available combined shipping based on the cart and shipping setup.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking information is provided when available after your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other delays outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@baldysdiecast.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed, shipped, or entered production.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows a problem, your package arrives materially damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We’ll help determine the best next step.
